About Francisco

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1990, Francisco found an affinity for music at an early age, and when he was 10 years old he started studying Electric Bass. Six years later, he discovered his true passion were the drums. He played in multiple local bands in Argentina until in 2010 his family moved to the US. Francisco took this chance to apply to the Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, where he studied with legends such as Dave DiCenso, Henrique De Almeida and Kim Plainfield. He was recipient of the Berklee Achievement Scholarship, and in 2013 he graduated with honors Magna Cum Laude.

In 2014 he moved to Los Angeles, where now he performs live regularly with acts such as Coriander, Liquid Blue Band and Lucky Devils Band; records at his home studio and teaches privately in the LA and San Diego areas.

Francisco has been teaching drums for over 10 years. After studying with some of the most renowned teachers in the world while at the Berklee College of Music, he mixed this with his own experience in order to present the information to each student in the most clear and effective way. – Rudiments and how to apply them

– Interdependence and Coordination

– Reading/Transcribing

– All styles of music and how to play them on drums (Rock, Funk, Metal, Jazz, Fusion, Latin, etc.)

– Odd Time Signatures

– Soloing and phrasing
